REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION  The Toronto real estate market is rich in opportunities for buyers and sellers, and nothing thrills me more than negotiating a deal on behalf of my clients.

After a successful career in business, I became a realtor because it is a profession that combines two things I love: working with people and dealing with all aspects of real estate. I want to help people maximize their real estate potential in the complex GTA market. I particularly love seeing first-time buyers get a foothold in the somewhat daunting Toronto market.

Among my proudest moments in real estate are the times when, after negotiating a deal, the realtor for the other party tells me he or she has enjoyed working with me. Then I know it has been a win-win all around, and I feel grateful to my clients who have put their trust in me.

Working closely with mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors, and other professionals in the field, I can assist my clients with all aspects of their real estate transactions. Also, being the owner of two income properties, I understand both the responsibilities of being a landlord and the advantages of this type of investments.

On a personal note, I live midtown with my partner Yves and our dog Clicquot. I enjoy gardening, reading, and taking long walks in Toronto’s wonderful ravines.

Over the years, I sat on the Board of Directors of Youthlink, a social agency helping youth in difficulty, No. 9, an arts organization focusing on the environment, and Le Labo, Toronto’s Francophone media arts centre. I was also a member of Artscape’s Launchpad Steering Committee, and a mentor with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation.

I know first-hand the importance of real estate in our lives, both as an investment and a place to call home. I simply want to put my expertise at the service of my clients to help them achieve their real estate dreams. Always with a smile!
